Bourbon Balls

Eat more than two of these, and drive at your own  risk!

Makes about 3 dozen cookies

Ingredients:

Directions:

Grind the wafers in a food processor until fine. Pour in bowl.

Grind the pecans in the food processor until fine. Add to the cookie crumbs.

Add the one cup of powdered sugar, the cocoa, the bourbon and the syrup.

Mix well.

Form into balls.

Roll in powdered sugar, and refrigerate.
