Broiled Tomatoes

Serve this side dish with grilled meats or salads.

Serves 4



Put the tomatoes, cut side up, on a baking sheet.

In a bowl, toss melted butter and breadcrumbs.

Add the cheese and herbs. Mix well.

Spoon breadcrumb mixture on the top of each tomato half.

Place under the pre-heated broiler until the tomato tops just start to brown.

Serve warm.
