This traditional Pennsylvania Dutch dish will stick to your ribs!
Put chicken, potatoes and onions in a pot, add water to cover.
Bring to boil, then reduce heat. Cook until potatoes are soft.
Mix flour and margarine, add water, and form into round or flat dumplings
Roll out and cut into 2 inch squares.
Check chicken and vegetables.
Add water if needed.
Bring to full boil.
Drop dumplings in one at a time, stirring after each addition.
Boil 10 minutes after last addition.
