This seasoning from India can be purchased or it can be made as follows.
10 Green cardamoms, pods
6 Black cardamoms, pods
1 tb Black peppercorns
2 ts Cumin seeds
1/2 ts Coriander seeds
2 sm Dried red chilies, seeded
blender, process all ingredients until finely
ground. Store in an airtight jar up to 3 months.
