Hoppin' John

Hoppin' John is a cajun-seasoned mix of black eye peas, tomatoes, and okra available at your supermarket.

2 Servings



Brown the steaks in a skillet.

Add the can of Hoppin' John.

Simmer on low to medium heatuntil most of the liquid is absorbed.

Serve hot
