Microwave Rice

Quick and easy side to accompany chicken or seafood.

4 Servings




Put all ingredients in a covered glass dish.

Set the glass dish on a plate in the microwave since the rice may boil over.

Microwave on high for 8-10 minute

Leave covered in oven for 5 minutes until all liquid absorbed.

Fluff before serving.
