Back from a fishing trip on the Chesapeake Bay, separate the catch, allowing one large or two medium fish per person. Return the rest of the catch to the bay.
Keep fish alive in bucket until coals are started.
Serves 2 or more
Start the coals on the grill.
Kill and clean fish, remove heads, leave tails. Scale.
Make a shallow cooking boat out of aluminum foil and place on grill.
Lay fish on top of foil. Cook fish 2-3 minutes. Turn. Cook until fish begins to flake.
