Pesto Sauce

Be sure to cut off and discard all stems from the basil leaves.

Serves 4-6



Put oil in blender or food processor.

Add garlic and basil. Blend.

Add cheese. Blend.

Store in refrigerator.

Serve at room temperature on pasta or use as dip for vegetables.
