Roast Beef Pie

As Stacy was busy choosing the ingredients for this dish, Taylor asked what she was making. "I don't know yet", was the reply. The title arrived with the success of Stacy's adventure in cooking.

4 Servings





In skillet, combined hash and vegetables. Add the soup. Add the cornstarch.

Stir and simmer for a few minutes.

Pour contents of skillet in baking dish. Spread evenly.

Top with mashed potatoes. Spread to edges of dish.

Bake at 300°F for 45 minutes.
