Sausage and Hominy

Favorite weekend brunch at Bavon or in Wilsons. Serve with hot coffee. 

Serves 2-3



Saute sausage in skillet until it loses it's pink color. Pour off most liquid from can of hominy. Add to skillet, stir until liquid cooks down to the consistency of gravy.
