Use this recipe as a hearty side dish or a light entre.
Cook noodles in boiling salt water about 10 minutes. Drain.
Brown butter in skillet.
Add noodles. Stir until noodles are coated by butter.
Add the eggs, salt and pepper and stir into the noodles.
Stirring constantly, cook eggs are barely set.
