Speck Und Bona

Pennsylvania Dutch pot supper of ham, green beans and potatoes cooked together.

Serves 6



Cover ham with cold water and simmer 2.5 hours. If necessary, add water during cooking to keep at least 1 qt of broth on the meat at all times.
