Sight Word Cards

This page makes a printable set of Dolch sight word cards for any of five levels for the first five years of reading instuction. You can either print the cards on cardstock or print the words on labels to stick onto index card. The cards are about 3" x 3". The labels are 1" x 2 5/8" standard address labels.

Level A is for the first level of instruction, often the Kindergarten level. Level B is for the next level of instruction, often the First Grade level. Level C is for the next level of instruction, often the Second Grade level. Level D is for the next level of instruction, often the Third Grade level. Level E is for the next level of instruction, often the Fourth Grade level.

Choose a level and print style.

• To print out the 3" x 3" cards, insert card stock in your printer.
• To print the 1" x 2-5/8" labels, insert sheets of 30 labels in your printer.

NOTE: Page margins should be set for 1/2" all around for proper spacing.
