These projects help students learn about the Famous Americans and how to make a Powerpoint Presentation at the first and second grade leve. The projects are designed using WebQuest and include directions, links to information, a starter Powerpoint, and a rubric for assessment. The projects are designed for the Famous American currilum in Virginia, but can be adapted to any set of famous Americans. Although the projects are intended for primary students, they can be used with older students who are making their first use of Powerpoint, or by skipping the sampe Powerpoint, they can be used with students who are already familiar with this tool.
