Ocean Database

 

Create a database of the basic information on each ocean of the world. Use an atlas or an online search engine to find the information for your database.

Set up a database in Excel (or any spreadsheet or database program).

Step 1: Label the columns, starting with the second column, with the names of each ocean.

Step 2: In the first column, label the rows, beginning with the first row as follows:

Step 3: Find and enter the data in your database. Save often.

Step 4: Put your database on a disk or print into a report.

Step 5: Turn in your work to your teacher.
