Juan
Ponce de Leon was an explorer from Spain.
His first trip to the new world was with Columbus.
Later, Juan led his own voyages of discovery.
Juan found Florida and Puerto Rico and other islands.
Juan was searching for the Fountain of Youth and other riches.
Juan Ponce de Leon killed many natives on the islands he found.
Finally, he was killed by an Indian arrow.
